How do I place an order?

Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?

Yes, you will! An order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you via Email right after you have placed your order with a successful transaction.

How to remove an item in shopping cart?

You can easily remove it by go to “Cart” and click the “X” button on the chosen item.

If I added the item in my cart, does it confirm my booking on that item?

When you added your desired item to the cart, it does not guarantee your booking of the item. If you do not proceed to checkout and made payment immediately, your item still is subjected to change in stock, price and discounts rule.

I have ordered and made payment. What should I do next?

Well, you are all caught up! All that is left to do now is wait for your parcel to arrive at your doorstep.

On the side note, you will be receiving an Order Number and a confirmation email upon a successful transaction. Once the item is shipped, you will be receiving tracking number too!

Why do I get message saying my coupon is invalid while trying to use it during checkout?

How do I track my package/parcel?

When will I receive my order?

We ship internationally, thus the date & time will be varies.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–5 days.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders which is for US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

I odered multiple items, but I only received ONE (1), where are my other item?

We partners with several reputable manufacturers directly, thus products may be shipped from different manufacturers and therefore deliveries may vary.

Can I pre-arrange/schedule the date of my delivery?

We regret to inform you that we are unable to schedule deliveries. However, you may try coordinate with your local post office once the item is in your country to schedule according to your preference.

Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?

Unfortunately, this is depending on your local post office whether they offer this services, however based on our experience most of the courier provider doesn’t offer weekend/holiday delivery.

I need my order now, can you speed up the delivery?

Unfortunately, we ship internationally and unable to speed up the delivery. However, we will deliver the order within 45 days to you as we promised.

Why do I receive my order in separate deliveries?

We partner with several reputable manufacturers directly, thus products may be shipped from various manufacturers depends on your order items and therefore you may received more than one parcel.

Can I cancel my order after order shpped?

We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate your request for cancellation once the item has been shipped.

On the side notes: You must contact us within 12 hours after the order is placed , for the cancellation request.

How do I track my order status?

You can track your order online 24/7 days a week at here after you obtain the tracking code 24 hours.

I can’t track my order on courier tracking page. What I need to do?

Please allowed 24 hours for the information available on the tracking page.

I’ve noticed “departed destination country” for weeks with no update. Why?

As we are providing free international shipping, the service provides tracking info in China only.

Once the parcel left China, it is the duty of the destination country post office to offer the tracking service.

How do I check more info after departed destination country?

You can visit your local post office website and enter the tracking number to track & obtain your parcel delivery information.

I tried check with my country post office, however no information provided with the tracking code.

Unfortunately, we are unable to control on this because it’s depends on the destination country post office to offer the tracking service.

We do aware some local post offices do not provide the tracking service, however we assure the parcel definitely will deliver to you within 45 shipping days as we promised.

Returns & Refunds Information

I placed wrong order and can I cancel it?

Please contact us here within 12 hours after placed the order urgently. Please note no cancellation allowed once the item(s) is shipped.

It’s been 2 weeks and haven’t received my order yet, I would like to refund.

We appreciate your patient with us, we guaranteed will deliver the item(s) to your doorstep within 45 days (excluding 2-5 days processing), else we refund as promised.

I entered wrong shipping address, I would like to cancel & refund immediately.

We regret to inform you no cancellation is allowed once the item(s) is shipped, and no refund for incorrect address entered by customer.

Remind to all our lovely customers, please ensure the shipping address is correct before making the payment to avoid such issue.

I receive a damaged or defective product, what should I do?

We sincerely apologies this happen to you. Kindly contact us here and we will advise you further for refund or resend the product to you again.

How soon will I receive my refund?

Upon refund approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14-21 days.

I need to return the item, where should I return to?
